As our founding event, AAAH's Annual Homeownership Fair is what we’re known for!

The fair has been a staple in supporting the livability and future of Black Oregonians and other underrepresented groups in the state for over 25 years. During that time, buying and owning a home in Oregon has changed drastically – and it will continue to do so! In response to this ever-changing housing landscape, AAAH’s Homeownership Fair shares new opportunities for future and existing homeowners to achieve their goals.

To celebrate our 25-year milestone in 2024, we went HUGE offering giveaways, prizes, and a total of $25,000 in down payment assistance! Stay tuned for updates on what we have in store for this year's fair and mark your calendar for October 25th, 2025!
