The Homeownership Fair

Our founding event - it’s what we’re known for! This event has been a staple in supporting the livability and future of Black Oregonians and other underrepresented groups in the state for over 25 years. The housing landscape is ever-changing, and the AAAH homeownership fair presents new opportunities for and existing home buyers to achieve their ownership goals.

To celebrate the 25 year milestone in 2024, we went HUGE offering giveaways, prizes, and a total of $25,000 in down payment assistance! Stay tuned for an updates on what we have in store for this year's fair held on October 25th, 2025!
